Instead of placing one implant for each missing tooth (which would require 10-14 implants per arch), All-on-4 uses four strategically angled implants to support a complete bridge of 12-14 teeth. Does it hurt more than single implants?
You’re sedated during surgery. Afterward, expect swelling and soreness for 3-5 days. It will be manageable with pain medication. Most patients say it’s less painful than they feared.
What if I don’t have enough bone?
